Changing Your Password

Locate Settings

From your dashboard, click on the menu button, It’s the orange icon on the top right. From there you can change your password by clicking the “Settings” button.

Once in the settings page you can see all your details associated with your user account such as email address and contact number.

Enter Your New Password

To change your password, scroll to near the bottom of the page until you see the “Password” section. In the “Old Password” field enter your old password. In the “New Password” field enter your newly chosen password. For verification purposes you will have to enter your new password again in the “Confirm New Password” field. Once you have completed all three fields click on the “Change” button, it’s the orange button at the bottom of the page.

When you have successfully changed your password a notification will be displayed at the top of the page “Your password has been updated”.

Incorrect Old Password?

If you receive an error saying that “Your old password did not match, please try again!” double check that you are correctly entering your old password. If you have forgotten your password please click here for steps to reset it.

New Passwords Do Not Match?

If you receive an error saying that “Sorry your new password does not match the confirmed password” double check that you are correctly entering your new password the same in both fields.
