Receive Reminder Emails

Starting Off

From your dashboard, click on the menu button, It’s the orange icon on the top right. From there you can change your password by clicking the “Settings” button.

Update Your Preference

Once in the settings page you can see all your details associated with your user account such as email address and contact number.

In order to receive reminder emails of when a pass or certificate is due to expire make sure you have placed a check in the “Reminder Emails” box. To save your reminder click the orange “Update” button under the “My Details” section.

Preference Saved

When you have successfully updated your email reminders a notification will be displayed at the top of the page “Your details have been updated”.

You will now receive email reminders for upcoming expired certs at the following frequencies:

  • 90 days
  • 60 days
  • 30 days
